Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at my store!

Many of my products are made print-on-demand in partnership with Printful, which means each item is specially created just for you when you place your order. Because of this, my return and refund policy works a bit differently from traditional retail.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please reach out to me within 30 days of receiving your package.

Fill out the contact form on my website or email me at thepandashk@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once I review your case, I’ll send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a refund if needed.

Wrong Address or Unclaimed Packages

If your package is returned because of:

  • An incorrect or insufficient address, or

  • Being unclaimed at the pickup location

… you’ll responsible for the reshipping costs to have it sent again. Please double-check your address before completing your order to avoid delays.

Non-Returnable Items

Because my products are made-to-order, I generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size or color orders

  • Change of mind after purchase

Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before completing your order.

Exchanges

I currently don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like to change an item (like size or design), you’ll need to place a new order.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be sent back to your original payment method.


Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.
